During my visit, I noticed that the billing process at the cashier payment counter was quite slow, resulting in long queues and extended wait times for patients and their families. As a patient or a family member, it can be particularly challenging to wait in line for long periods, especially when dealing with health issues or in need of urgent care. This can lead to increased stress and anxiety, and negatively impact the overall patient experience. I would like to bring this to your attention and suggest that the hospital administration takes necessary steps to improve the billing and payment process. This could include measures such as increasing staff, implementing automated kiosks, or exploring online payment options, to help minimize wait times and improve the overall patient experience.

The management really needs to pay attention to people's need and give importance to their time too. Came in just for the consultation for a patient and the waiting time was never ending (5 hours). Due to a patients already waiting there were no seats for sitting which made it even worse.

My father took 4 chemeothraphy. Every time we visit for the treatment,we used wait for doctor, medical summary and billing etc.They have their own protocol, they don't understand our problems. After the treatment we have to wait for discharge summery,then for billing and medicine. After the online payment we have again wait for confirmation.

I'm posting a review just about the maintenance. Not reviewing the treatment. Please check the attached videos. The general ward is full of cockroaches.

I visited a week ago for my mother operation.....all the doctors and P G s are good n polite attitude who are all related to surgical oncology Dr Naveen Kumar n Dr vivarsha ( p g ) very helpful.Nursing staffs also very good in behaviour and polite attitude except some senior's only the less thing is huge bed bugs are there can't able to sleep overnight and canteen are very bad the girls who are standing in the bill counter are very rude and they are not telling properly about the menus and what the foods available at the time they things they are working in some IT sectors like that..... that was the very worst n bad experience in canteen please take care of above things that was not good attitude while behaving with patients.

1- Billing counter staff are very rude 2-they are not asking for discount cards or any other facility given by government or other organization 3 -changes are never available at counter not giving proper changes. 4-we had ayushman but they billed it in cash and they said it couldnt able to cancel once bill. 5-surprise to see such a brand hospital they dont have centralised billing which hold previous customer details. 6-each time we suppose to mention we have ayushman or other discount (seems they have datas but acts to earn money) 7)if you enter early morning also u will get oppointment post 11am 8-each day doctors having meeting so patients need to wait. 9-only doctors are well behave here 10-after checkup if injection adviced u need wait at pharmacy to get medicine how much crowd they may have they never bother only single billing system which make them delay. 11-after the medicine to get injection again need to wait for bed.. Nurses are feels like government servent. 12-some time in day care bed available also they will not provide if we ask we get answer that need permision to provide those. 13-after all these u will not get sufficient sitting area in this hospital. If conditions are going like this forward definitely brand name is ruining by its administration. Finally worst experience.

Same issues as KMC hospital. Good doctors, rude staff, security. Will not recommend it to anyone unless you want to experience 1st class concentration camp vibes. Good doctors working here, switch to different hospital. I'm sure you'll get better compensation than what they are offering. If you are there for the brand, there won't be a value for that brand in the near future.
