Beautiful restaurant with very well mannered staff. Love the way the staff welcomed the customer. Just had a cup of coffee and a take away. Loved the coffee and loved the food even more, bit expensive but worth what I paid for. Would love to return to try other dishes.

I'm quite impressed with the ambiance and the food quality and quantity. The quantity of each dish is enough for 2. We ordered 3 Fresh Lime Soda and 3 Butter Naan. For main course we ordered Mutton Rarra Masala, it was the show stopper, the taste was just amazing. I would recommend it to everyone. It had 2 huge pieces of mutton and the gravy was filled with mutton keema. It was finger liking good. Then we ordered, Mutton Chaap, however had a lot of bones, I would next time opt for a boneless item. Mutton Special Biryani was a little disappointing, the biryani lacked the taste of actual biryani. And there was no aroma of biryani. There were 2 huge mutton pieces in the biryani, the rice, aloo and mutton were flavourful but I guess the chef has changed or something because it lacked the actual taste of biryani. I've had from Shiraz before and I felt the taste different. We then ordered Pista Firni and 2 Butterscotch ice cream for dessert. Overall, the food was good and the service was quick. The staff were friendly and nice. On an average it's Rs2400 for 4 including drinks, food and dessert.

One of the best restaurant for veg & non veg lovers both. Food quality is great with all hygiene maintained. Staff is courteous and good with hospitality.

Pros Ambience excellent, service satisfied, seating arrangement nice, washroom good. Staffs behavior was very good, they took extra care for my kid. Cons Biriyani overpriced Taste bad Chicken tastes like not fresh. Most important thing is they don't accept HDFC FOOD CARD, which I felt like not a branded restaurant.

It was such a beautiful experience at shiraz@56! No doubt the food was really delicious and it was such an surreal experience. They were very polite and the largest plus point they had was there waitress who made everything so easy and kind. We ordered tandoori rotis and chilli chicken but they didn't take much time and served us right away. We also took 2nd and 3rd rounds of food with rice and paneer currry. Everything was beautiful. We first had doubts about we should go in or not but then we went in and i am happy we did so. Thank you shiraz@56

What to say...Just felt bad with the experience, wanted to go somewhere but due to time crunch held up at Shiraz@65 for delivery as parcel. Few concerns... 1. PARCEL TAKERS BE AWARE - But what it is when opened.... Should I buy the disposables from outside again to consume it? It's really unprofessional management while contacting with them they simply replied "Shiraz@65 don't provide any disposables with any Parcel", how simple the guy replied.... If not I will suggest stop this parcel system or else as a continual improvement to grow your business add in the parcel else after a while there will much more observation on the web which will hamper what you have now. As Shiraz what you displayed on wall paintings with International to National tour with delicacies you must justify that it upto that standard. Moreover you must specify to parcel takers that you don't have such option later they will opt for giving the order to you or not.... 2. No Accompaniment with Biryani's - It's so strange to have Biryani without any Salan & Raita on a Parcel order. You shouldn't claimed to be a standard Biryani provider in town. I must say you should visit and learn how Biryani's are being served from where it was originated. 3. Poor Packaging - We all foodie lovers love a lil bit sweet aroma after any meal, but if you opened the parcel and found the aroma maker itself all/partially spilled.... If not all then why it will be partial.... take care of packaging. A good service is much better than any other satisfaction. Like wise even though you are claimed to be one of the greatest Biryani maker in town and somehow making it.... but you didn't meet the expectation to satishfy your costumer who trust on your Quality and Service. No need to write more. Just Improvise yourself and review readers keep it in mind before placing such order as parcel.

Best hotel with veg and non veg options. Great hospitality with good staff.
