I'm a little late, writing this review. Last year, I had to suddenly rush for my US Biometrics, and I couldn't find a single hotel available. Luckily, I found Shine! What a great affordable service it was! Many many thanks to Avinash sir. He's an incredibly polite and respectful gentleman, who picked me and my mother up at the airport, took us to the biometric office on time, and dropped us off at the airport, all in one day. The hospitality was excellent! Simple and homely feel, yet wonderful service! Thank you Avinash!
I don't know if the real owner knows this or not! If not, he should investigate. Once you book the hotel, they will inform / SMS you that pickup has been arranged and you will feel great that this hotel cares about customer service! But please be informed that, the driver will take you to a completely different hotel ( BENZY hotel) near the same location and will say the hotel comes under the same "SHINE HOSPITALITY GROUP! Everyone is hand in glove and will fleece you! Please avoid paying online! We were lucky for two reasons 1) We did not pay online while booking. 2) We did not travel with family. Although it was a late night booking, which these guys try to cash in on thinking that where will these guys go at the last minute with our luggate but we managed to get a different and amazing hotel at 3k with exceptional service near the airport itself! And guys pls don't fall for reviews and ratings and waste your hard earned money! Better to go for some known brand! Some people had the same experience like us! Do check the low ratings and comments!
An absolute dive of a hotel. The pictures are misleading. I slept in a bed with sheets that clearly hadn't been washed, based on the hair and stains. The room was rundown with broken molding. Definitely not worth the price

Absolutely terrible. They advertise an airport shuttle service, but they just help you in a can (which was broke in our case). When you get to the hotel it doens't get better. Cramped, smelly rooms that haven't been properly cleaned in a long time. Stains on bed, sheets and towels. No hot water, no toilet paper, practically nothing. You can't really go out as well, since it lies in a small enclave/market town where foreigners are (in my experience) frowned upon. Wifi was good and one staffmember was quite helpful, for what it's worth.
Terrible stay. They share this name with a nearby hotel "Golden Crown" where I was accommodated. I would not even give a one star.
1. Location, never recommended.
2. Clogged AC that gives cool air only when it is set at 18 Deg.C
3. Fan that is fit the wrong way so that it gives air upwards.
4. No pressure on the bathroom fixtures.
5. Unprofessional hotel manager / owner.
This is my pleasant experience.
Positive: Staffs were good and helpful. Airport dropping was free and taken care by hotel, hotel is 10mins away from Airport.
Negative: rooms were small and had weird smell, especially bathrooms. Lights were not working properly. There was no water in the bathroom for a long time, but it might be a one time case.
For around 1k/room it might have been a good stay, but not for 2.8k.
