Worst diagnostic in the city Very bad and poor service. Even receptionist. Doctor's has No timings. Please don't go.
Worst Diagnostic centre in the city. Consultant Doctors as well as staffs are very negligible about patients. Patients have to wait for long time (more than 5 hours) till consultant Doctors arrive. In our case, We waited from 11.30 am to 4.30 pm. Staffs kept on telling doctor will arrive but Later, Doctor didn't receive call from the Diagnostic centre and we were refered to near by hospital. If patient condition is serious please don't take them to this diagnostic centre.
Had to wait for a longer time than the reporting time. Most frustrating part is that there will be no lift facility available for older generation people(eg: bone slippage prob)...When we asked about this, the receptionist girl who doesn't even have any manners towards the old age people answered very rudely. She was highly arrogant. I don't know if she was working for free or not. This is quite common in all the hospitals as well as clinic, where the receptionists are quite rude than the doctors who give treatment actually....So sickening... Please train your staffs to behave in a polite manner with all the patients especially with old aged people. It would be quite helpful to visit again.....
Personally I felt very happy, undergone FNA breast & therapist was accurate & I got the treatment in time which saved my life & my family, here at shimogadiagnostic centre the way they give importance to the reports even if it is late or time taken to give is very accurate & the doctors are adorable.
Very pathetic service they have. They have collected blood samples 2 times and still tests not done. Simply they are saying missed to note down the test names. Very neglegency from the staff. I'm totaly unsatisfied with the service and response from this diagnosis.
Staffs are not good,and waiting for 2 3 hour's. ........dirty center. ...price is very high for ultra sounds.....
Very very bad faculty members, no one will respond to people. Pregnant ladies are facing bad situation.. Don't refer to this center ..i am not complaining doctors but worst hospital facilities. One star is also not suitable to them
