Visited This Place for dinner on 18/06/2023. I must say this is one of the best place to hangout with friends/Family. Atmosphere is just wow! There is ample spaces between tables to ensure privacy. Food quality good! The service is very fast and all servers (waiters) are quite gentle and response with smile. Special mention to Miss.Priya who was server for our table she was very professional towards her work.
Prices are high but the quantity and quality of the food makes it worth the money. The taste was also really good. Beautiful ambiance is cherry on the cake Best place for date in Raipur
Play area for kids steals my heart as they dnnt get bored till food is served. Amazing taste and presentation, friendly staff. I liked it.
It's always such a great place to be. The dicotheque is wild. The fine dine is classy. The open seating area is serene.
After trying out the food and experiencing the ambiance, I believe that while it was average, there are many better options available in raipur that i would highly recommend instead.

This place hosts exciting events every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, making it a favorite spot for progressive entertainment. The club offers delicious food, although its service tends to be lacking. However, the interior and ambiance create a fantastic atmosphere, adding to the overall experience. The entry fee for this club ranges from Rs3000 to Rs4000, and it includes full coverage for the amenities. While alcohol can be enjoyed here, it comes at a slightly higher cost. Additionally, the price for a water bottle inside the club is around Rs100.
Visited this place with friends on 16th July 2023, Sunday. The taste of the food was good but the service was really bad. We ordered for Szechuan Fried Rice but they served us Seven Jewels Fried rice and when we asked the waiter and the manager to change it, every time he insisted and told us that it was Szechuan Fried Rice and they have served schezwan sauce with the same. We had to request them four times to change it and even after that they added sauces to the same rice and served us back. Photo attached for reference. This is not acceptable from a restaurant like 'Shimmers'. At last after waiting for 45 minutes when we lost our hunger and asked them to instead cancel the order. They refused to cancel it and finally bought Szechuan fried rice which we did not eat but paid the bill and carried it home. P.S. They also served us an old blue coloured drinks menu and bought the bill with new prices. At last even speaking to the relationship manager was not productive. Conclusion: Food is great but service could be drastically improved, the whole staff including the managers and waiters seemed confused as it was a rush day. If a mistake has been made it should be immediately accepted and rectified. The manager who took the order was reluctant to accept his mistake and forced us to have what they served. Not acceptable. Good food but bad service by staff. Feedback: Hire better service staff and manager. Repetition requires overall customer satisfaction. Positive Note: Good chefs, taste wise the food is really great at 'Shimmers'.
Very nice place to hangout with whomsoever you want whether your family or friends. Very friendly environment Very spacious parking Amazing ambience and beautiful interior. Nice seating arrangement around the pool . Beautiful lightings which is very soothing in an open space. Great staff and their management. Very tasty and delicious food We had a paneer tikka and corn chilli , must say that it is really expensive but worth to go for. Surely it's a place to go again n again. Great music and Dj.
