It had been a great experience making a trip managed by ShimlaOnline travels. The journey was well scheduled, meticulous and accommodation was excellent.The driver has been very friendly and cooperative. The food quality of shimla hotel was not good at all but the choice of hotel in Manali was very apt. Hotel stuff and the cook were great. A big thank to SOT manager Renu ji for arranging the tailor made trip.

This is a Fraud Company! If you ever get in connect with Rahul Sharma, the so called Owner of this company, you will visit the worst nightmare of your life. He is the most Pathetic person to be known. He will make all possible promises to you and deliver none. He did a fraud with us by selling us the package which he didn't deliver and provided the worst experience in Shimla and around places. The hotels were of poorest quality. He made us stay in discomfortable hotels. The vehicle he provided was already occupied by other members leading to discomfort. The food provided was cheap quality so that we had to buy paying from our pocket. He was aware that the weather is going to be bad next day, but did not inform us otherwise we would have cancelled it leading to loss for him. When we left from Shimla to Chandigarh, he switched iff his contact number so that he didn't have to pay the Cab charges (which was part of our package). If you really want experience a nightmare then go with Shimla Online Travels, otherwise you are wise enough!
