One of the best resort in Shimla... Views and location is awesome. Peaceful place. Luxury vacation in reasonable price. Rooms are very spacious and full luxury facilities in rooms and in whole resort. Excursions areas for kids including badminton, basketball, table tannies, gym..... Best place ....

It was a fabulous place and especially the location, the forest and the hotel. The guide was amazing, he was very supportive and kind. He took care of our safety throughout our tracking. Mr Rajendra (driver) was good at his driving and was very sweet. The staff was very cooperative and there were 2 girls who trainees even they were sweet. The overall service was very good 10 out 10.

Location of hotel is adventurous but driver is provided by hotel if needed. Overall highly recommended for food, stay, kids activities, gym, incredible view. In short who want all things at one place.

The staff are incredibly attentive and go above and beyond to ensure that every need is met. Overall, Shimla Havens is a luxurious and unforgettable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Shimla.

Had a great stay at Havens resort Shimla. The staff is super courteous. Food is great. There are a lot of fun activities for kids and we didn't realize how 3 days passed. Location is a bit off but that is made up by cars and drivers provided by the resort.
