We have been their patrons from over 15 years. And the reason is, they are very clear about what they are offering, the quality and buy back and exchange prices. Just today i replaced a 9 year old ring for a new one and the deal was very fair. One thing that they should improve is in stock availability of various sizes for designs. I felt I had to do a little compromise on design because of it. Even though they have the machine to size, not all designs can be. Also the route to reach there is now a maze, so its better to park nearby and walk to the store.
Packaging and products are beautiful. Customer service is also outstanding. Catalogs are pretty enough. Do not ask about prices. It has better than most other options on almost every product.
