A Mixed Bag Stay at Shilpi Hotel Rating: My recent stay at Shilpi Hotel left me with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the hotel served delicious food, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The picturesque surroundings added to the overall charm. However, there were significant drawbacks. We were placed in an aging building that desperately needed renovation, diminishing our comfort. Uncomfortable linens and beds led to sleepless nights and backaches. The bathroom was also in poor condition, with malfunctioning taps. In summary, Shilpi Hotel offers good food, a beautiful location, and friendly service. Still, the state of the building, uncomfortable bedding, and bathroom issues left me with a mixed impression, making it important to consider these factors before booking.
The property is huge but is I'll maintained. The bedsheet are smelly and heap of dust covers the furniture. The AC is ages old and works on its own wish. The staff is not helpful and often confused what next? The food is of poor quality. Not a kid friendly hotel Poor ambience. I guess in this era of competitive hospitality buisness, they need to update.
This place is awesome in terms of view, location, pocket friendly. It's have awesome view of hills. It's near to saputara lake and main market. Food is below par as we didn't got much option in breakfast and dinner. Food was also on spicy.

Pathetic hotel. More than that pathetic service. Poorly maintained. Food below average Staff rude and untrained Better options available in the area, so avoid this ill maintained hotel
A perfect place for relex. Rooms were also good and clean, all staff were very friendly and helping. Food was tasty and hygiene. Overall stay was very nice and decent.
You will not have gpay option. If you buy or stay go with cash if you get bill for 1lakh pay as cash or card nly. Manager in the reception is not friendly and flexible to help.
