Shilpa Scan Centre - Medical diagnostic imaging center in Palakollu - West Godavari, India

Our experience at the pregnancy scan center was far from satisfactory. The staff appeared to be ill-informed, and the cost of the service did not justify the minimal report we received. It seems their reputation from the past is what drives recommendations, but there's much room for improvement. We believe they should maintain their facilities, particularly in the areas of toilets, lighting, ventilation, and billing. The condition of the toilets was unusable, and the overall ambiance could use some sprucing up. Everything, except the doctor, needs a refresh, including the equipment. Ask for full length 3D scan report, otherwise they give some nonsense.

Equipment is good and also was the doctor .Apart from that everything is not at all good. There is no assistance to the male doctor from the female nurse during scan. She is not all friendly and doesn't know what she do. They won't give a receipt for the scan until and unless one asks for the bill. Washrooms are outside and not at all clean. Even though you take an appointment if someone comes with a recommendation that nurse will sent them prior to others. Scan centre was dim lit. It took 30min for them print the scan report.

Every pregnant mother desires to see her baby on screen, espicially duing the last scan in pregnancy( Growth scan), but didn't even got a chance to see it, and the Doctor will not even talk to the patient with patience, He jst do the scan and will send the patient without any god communication.if any one is strongly willing for the same, i strongly not recommend this shilpa scan center, palakol. The doctor ch Narayana rao, himself is very bsy with his personal works, and the female assistance next to doctor is very arrogant. And the staff are helpless, only the good thing is the scan center is maintained very hygine.

Excellent doctor but he failed to manage his staff, worst behaviour, they are giving priority to their know patients, there is no use to take advance appointments, for emergency scan they are asking to wait 2-3hr and they prefer cash only.

It's very well mannered staff good coordination with patients. Dr. Ch V Narayanarao garu assisted very well and taken good care towards patients. Overall experience is satisfactory.

One of the best scan centre in palakol is Shilpa scan they providing detailed reports for all scans and accurate report for all rest.Well trained and very experienced staffs quick service and report also providing as early as possible. Thank you

In Shilpa scan center, for small scan also they charge more than 2500 .the same scan in any other place 200 or 500. Felt so commercial and high charges which is not acceptable.
