We brought 30gm of 22k gold from here, my experience is bad, let me explain the sales person pratik is good but there cash counter staff and billing counter staff are lazy, we gave more time for billing and paying than selecting the items, first there is two computers for billing but first person is not present so we have to wait for long time and the cash counter lady is very lazy work like turtle speed, and no one asked for tea,coffee etc properly even can't provide chair if needed, because we all know selecting the gold item itself is time consuming so better sitting arrangement is needed. In other hand we also brought 50g gold item from Radhika Jewellers kalawad road there service is top notch, we really enjoyed it and they have large variety than shilpa lifestyle, if you really want gold with variety and with good service I will suggest you radhika Jewellers kalawad road over shilpa for your healthy experience .
I must it's a big shop for jewellery lover. You ask they have it. The sales person is really helpful and understanding. They offer good hospitality. We spend around 4 hours but the staff asked for tea and cold drinks within every few hours. Bill counter was also quick. For Covid19 people are not following rules so please take care. Keep your mask and keep sanitizer with you.

Great variety in Gold, Silver & Diamond Jewelleries!!! Very good Designs & lustrous Gold!!! But, the thing is their service is not up to the mark!!! Their business ethics goes on trip after they sell jewellery to us!!! They talk very good, when we go to have a look on the jewellery!!! They give big promises of the best product & service, but scenerio overturns after they sell their product!!! If any defect left by them in any jewellery, they don't answer the complaint!!! Moreover, they explain us the false terms & conditions like "they don't accept silver back if one has defect in jewellery" Defect is theirs, they should take back or take any satisfactory measures to solve problem of the customers!!!! And when we go to take delivery of the jewellery, everytime there is some work left to do in it or worker are not answerable!!! Eventually they waste are prestigious time, money and fuel!!! Make sure of this that you don't keep any balance credit amount to them, in order to give you a desired design ornament, they will not return it ; moreover they will tell you to keep the one which is with you and will not entertain you!!! Making prices are high but buying gold is once in a while!!!
Very unprofessional. Went to buy small coin on an auspicious day, the delivery was of a bigger coin, realized and went back to return. Complained to the floor manager, he gave the correct coin but in 24 Karat instead of 22 K. Thought it would be basis goodwill. Next day the team calls, unaware of the return, asks pictures, then asks to come back again next day to return 24 karat coin. No sense of customer relationships. Never going again. (They charge more on making charge too, lol)
