This is not hotel, it's worse than Dharmshala. Washrooms and rooms are pathetic, one should never visit here. No telephone, TV is there but no dish or connection, washroom is there but in some rooms flush is broken in others washbasin has no water supply. ACs are so old and are not serviced that's why they stink (unpleasant smell) moreover they do not give cooling, I had to sleep on floor just beside AC to keem me cool, because it was not able to cool the room at all. Perhaps it's .75 Ton only with no proper service. If you go out and would want the room temperature to remain same by keeping AC on, the staff will turn off the AC power supply from ground floor and you will find the room heating very much on your arrival. I made a mistake that I didn't check the reviews before going in this hotel. I was so frustrated in my just 1 night stay. I had to pay Rs.1500 for this cheap hotel room. If I had an option, I would not have stayed here at free of cost as well. I would have booked Galaxy hotel in advance as no room was available when I visited and I had to stay in this pathetic room. All rooms are pathetic here, i changed my room 2 times, but didn't get any benifit.

This the worst hotel. There is no lift and the hospitality is very poor even no restaurant near or inside the place This is kind of inn with high fare.
Room was very dirty and asking many time they didn't change the bed sheet. The old person who sit at reception was very rude. An behavior of the service staff was good. Room Price was very high, as compare to hotel services.

Very bad experience. Very dirty room and dirty bed sheet, smelly blanket and pillow. Even During such critical time of COVID , They did not provide shop or hand wash liquid.
