The hotel is not accessible easily. There is no lift. No telephone in the rooms. Bathroom is inside the kitchen. The plates and spoons provided by them were not at all clean or washed.
The rooms are quite comfortable. Running hot water is always available. The staffs are very friendly. But, the only issue here is the lack of staff. Only one staff and one cook is available. Due to which everything is getting delayed.
Near to Nazareth Hospital, Laitumkhrah this holiday home is ideal for staying with group of friends and family. Total 5 sets of three bed rooms, one kitchen and one bathroom in each set. Homely feeling, nice view of a part of Shillong town and homely food are characteristics of SHH. Gyeser are available in each bathroom for hot water and as it is in a newly consrtucted building, each and every room are very clean and neatly kept. Approx. 30 person can stay in this Holiday home and limited car parking is available.
NICE EXPERIENCE AND STAY.. SURROUNDING IS SO BEAUTIFUL ,LOVELY VIEWS . JUST THREE KM FROM POLICE BAZAR. JUST ONE IMPORTANT POINT TO NOTE.. ROADS TO THE HOTEL ARE STEEP UP DOWN .. REQUIRE PRO PILOT AND WHEELER IN THOSE ROAD.
