Nice place in jungle. If you want trekking in hill, go there, enjoy the natural view. Please don't throw any plastic in this area.
Shilalipi is in the back side of Susunia hill. So not required to buy any ticket and no waiting. But you have to climb the hill and be careful because its very stoney and slanting, sloppy.
Wonderful experience.love this place.you can enjoy natural beauty of forest.
This is back side of susunia hills. Extraordinary good for off-road Byke experience.
A miminum trekking route. Historical place. Can't visit in rainy season.
If you are around this place, take out some time and climb the cliffs to read this precious writing. It is recommended to wear hiking boots or proper shoes while climbing
This area & viewing point is beautiful
It is believed that there earlier was a fort built by King Chandravarman. Some 4th-century inscriptions are there, referring to a place called Pushkarana, once the capital of Chandravarman. Modern-day Pakhanna is considered to be ancient Pushkarana. The rock-edict reads that- The devotee of 'Chakkaswami' (Lord Vishnu), the King of Pushkarana, son of the King Simhavarmana, King Chandravarmana offers the revenue of the village named 'Dhoso' for the purpose of worship to his Lord Vishnu. There is a symbol of 'Wheel' or 'Chakra' near the rock-edict and towards the lower left side of the wheel, there is another line written in a script, not deciphered yet, probably the obscure 'Samkhalipi' (Conch shaped Script!), as opined by some experts.
