Worst place. People are not friendly. Staff does not listen, nothing is provided like general stuff like even soap and charged a high price. Rooms are dirty.

I know it's in a religious place, but describing it as a 3 star hotel is totally off. Cleanliness and hygiene was near zero, probably because most worshippers stay at Dharamshalas. But it would be nice to have the cobwebs removed and the flush working once in a while. Power was very erratic and the genset didn't give back up power to important places like plug points to charge cells. Mosquitos is a huge problem. I barely got 4 hours of sleep in the 2 nights there. Access is bad. Very narrow lanes with open gutters on both sides. No blankets. You'll have to ask for extra bed sheets to cover up.

Name is continental but its worse than a normal Dharamshala. Food is expensive and workers are always sitting in the lobby and using leg Massager instead of letting yatris use it...cleanliness is least taken care of. Avoid it

It is one of the best hotels in New Delhi. You can take dine and drink at affordable rate.

ShivKumar made our stay excellent. He took care of all minors details. He helped us plan all our events. Food was excellent, he would ask us what we want to eat and give suggestions. We had some internet connection issues , he gave his phone to call and then helped us to fix the problem. We will definitely recommend. Rajan and Sadhana

Nice place , simple and pocket friendly . Don't expect 3* facility like metro cities. Rooms are good , if possible go for the 1st floor rooms with balcony facing the Pareshnath range . Parking facility and children's play area available within the compound. Dinning space is ordinary. Location is little bit off the main road and the approaching road is through a mahalla. The best part of the stay was the warm reception of Mr. Shivkumar. He will be always at your service. Within limited resources he tried at his best to short out every issues... though not successful all the time. In this miserable time of pandemic we were the lone guest of the whole hotel within last twenty days, restaurant was closed , still he managed to cook food for us including breakfast and afternoon snacks. Purely vegetarian restaurant , onion garlic allowed. As a whole nice place to stay for a couple of days. It's heaven. Really the endless place and immortal. The 20 teerthankers of jainsm got the wonderful thing that is Moksh from the different parts of this hill . And the koda kodi saints got moksh in this Hill as well .and after long while I will looking for moksh you can say this is my prediction or will or i want this and I have full confidence .so come this place and understand the power of the only one immortal Hill in this whole world or you can say in Bharat kshtra.thanks Aman jain
