Very very worst service and staff behave like rowdies and they don't know How to behave with drivers The management or owners might be thick skinned and don't know how to manage the bus service Looting the travellers in the name of AC Bus services and unfortunate to mentioned I found rats n cockroaches @ seat So called AC won't work and driver won't allow u to open the windows. It was hell for me through out the journey and literally died with suffocation n bad odour @ bus No words to mention here chii thuuuuuuuu
My worst traveling experience ever!!! Very dirty with worst service. Dirty curtain, no pillow, no blankets, broken ac port blocker and highest price from other buses. Prices are really high, it should be half of it according to their services
Pathetic service.. accidental chances are very higher when you travel in this bus. Bus driver is very unprofessional, he was watching videos while driving on Highway and banged the bus on divider and giving silly excuse. By God grace nothing happened and no major accident but these type of unprofessional service and drivers can lead to major road accidents and big threats to life. BEWARE.
I had booked three seats , I was travelling from satna to indore Ac bus , They Dont give me blankets. Dont travel in this bus mistakenly or trying something new. Worst experience ever. Staff is so rude also.
I have travelled using their service for almost 6 years. Never had it been uncomfortable for me until the last time. They shifted me mid journey in some other AC bus that too in winter which was just irritating. I couldn't sleep the whole night. Also this was not told to me prior my journey. So if you are traveling via any travel service, just clear such things before booking the ticket.
