For the starters staff is good and accommodation is spacious. The building is bit old with some issues with fixtures but overall things are fine. Food service was really slow but one always have option to have food at restaurants at walking distance.
This is a 3-star resort, Google incorrectly shows it as 2-star. The location is right near the beach and their property is quite good. Room was big and spacious. Overall it was a nice experiencing staying there for 2 days. Great value for money.
Hotel rooms are spacy, but there is no smart tv, and I had to change my room( after 5 calls and 7 hrs of check-in ), as my ac was not working, the river view from the hotel was amazing , the swimming pools are nicely maintained.the reception is small and sometimes with no 1 to attend. The hotel was shortly manned I feel. The houskeeping lady was courteous.
Had an amazing experience. stay was wonderful with good vibes..Rooms are clean,neat and very well maintained.Additionally the food provided by hotel was palatable(Dinner and breakfast was the best).Overall property is big for a long vacation stay. Apart from that the service was good, staff were very friendly and amazing too.Also had feeling of safety and amenities were upto the mark. A must try out place for everyone do visit this resort to have an wonderful experience
A resort with good rooms and location but extremely bad service. There was no wifi throughout the stay and the food is delivered after 2 hours of ordering. The staff extremely rude as they take pride in stating that the service is bad. definitely a place to avoid
A decent place . The resort is closer to cavelossim beach approx 200 mts and has access to very good restaurants and supermarkets. We stayed for 4 days , breakfast was complementary and it was worth the money. The swimming pool is very clean and tidy.
Had booked based on online pictures when we visited the property it was not at all good even the backwaters pic was not near the property. The building looked very old. Definitely not worth staying.
The rooms were not well maintained. Plug points were not working, towels were smells, no hot water. Spider webs and insects in the room. The pictures don't do justice to the property. The location was convenient.
