I was admitted my father on Dec 21 but 3 days they didn't give any treatment and doctor also not visited at the 3 days ..after 3 days they tell some other treatments.totally disappointed.. So we fight and discharge from hospital.very very veryyyu worst....but they charge without treatment how can I pay ....if any person see this don't go to that hospital....it's not worth 1 star
Worst hospitality....zero cleanliness in rooms and bathrooms....I had my delivery in this hospital and it was my worst nightmare....no proper supervision of doctors and nurses...they treat their patients as if we are staying for free....and moreover they charged 96000/-rs for c sec but treatment was the worst....
NEVER EVER think of going to this hospital....if we ask anything y doctor is not coming for checking the patient daily they said (ungala daily vandhu check pannanum na thaniya oru doctor um nurse um dhan podanum)...look at the way they are speaking...worst... worst of worstest...

I took treatment in...last week .....the way of treatment and taking care of the patient..is excellent.....and the staffs are so ...kindful ....and they so blessed...
For the namesake the hospital kept the 02 for 2 mins and charged 35k. Went many times for asking this but no one provide the proper response.One of the staff telling us that you can prove,if you can. Eventhough govt regulates the fees structure for private hospitals some of the hospital like shifa are not following this,and there is no proper protocols in covid care as well staffs also doesn't wear a mask and PPE properly. And the staff management is very poor in administration. Proper reports and response were not given on time. One advice to the management don't try to loot the money from innocent people in the name of covid try to be responsible and give proper response to the phone calls.
Best treatment for laparoscopic surgery. My mother underwent laparoscopic surgery in this hospital. She recovered quickly. Now she doing the work normally. Thank u Shifa hospital. keep it up....
