I live here. Perfect for bachelors like students and working persons. This place has a calm environment and it's literally the center of every education you need.
It's close to Cummins college of Engineering and there are many stores nearby to get whatever you need. Additionally, it has 24 by 7 supply of water and electricity. All in all its a great place to live at.
Most pathetic place, looks like a chawl, builder has not yet given handover (Its been 6 years now), and he is giving the unsold flats to students on rent which is making havoc. The building is not at all safe to stay now.
