Unprofessional Behavior and Delayed Treatment I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had as a patient at your medical facility. I feel compelled to share my concerns regarding the unprofessional behavior and delayed treatment that I encountered during my visit. First and foremost, I underwent a medical test at your facility on Monday, which was completed without any issues. However, when I inquired about the follow-up checkup, I was informed that the earliest available date was on Friday, leaving a gap of four days. This delay in initiating the necessary treatment is highly concerning, especially considering the urgency of my medical situation. Such a delay only added to my physical discomfort and anxiety, and it is disheartening to experience a lack of promptness in receiving the care I required. Moreover, I must address the unprofessional behavior displayed by some doctors and staff members during my interactions with them. I found the doctors to be rushed and disinterested, failing to provide me with the attention and information I needed. Additionally, certain staff members were rude and impatient, demonstrating a lack of empathy and respect for patients. This kind of behavior not only undermines the patient-doctor relationship but also creates a negative and unwelcoming environment for those seeking medical assistance. As a patient, I expect and deserve to receive compassionate and timely care from medical professionals. Unfortunately, my experience at your facility has left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the quality of care provided. I believe it is essential for you to address these issues promptly to ensure that all patients receive the attention, respect, and prompt treatment they deserve. I hope that you will take my concerns seriously and initiate the necessary steps to rectify these shortcomings. I strongly urge you to conduct an investigation into the delayed treatment and unprofessional conduct exhibited by your doctors and staff members. Really poor service. Doctors are very rude and even staff. Staff gives threating of police. Today we visited and they are not checking the patient they are disputing on silly things. In police station any body can sit and can say he is from police. Really bad service. We want it should be better as it is a government hospital but they are missusing this power. They dont want to work just want to sleep over the hospital. Very rude and bad mannered staff uneducated staff

Covid vaccination drive is sham here. I booked vaccination on Cowin (another sham) for June 25th 9 AM to 11 AM slot as I thought to go office after taking the jab. From 8 AM I was waiting along with around 40 odd people and at 10.30, some person came and simply said today's program cancelled, come tomorrow, no further registration needed. I registered again for next day without relying much on the official's comment. This time took half day off and plan for 1PM to 3 PM. Reached there at 2 PM and this time no official present, security stopped at the gate to tell me vaccination drive is discontinued. No vaccine but high number of security staffs raises suspicion.

Even laser equipments available but Doctors didn't giveup and services not stoped.

Really poor condition of hospital and rude behavior by staff I brought my uncle but there was unhygienic bed and they refuse to even clean the bed instead lashed on me and taunted that this is government hospital "free me esa hi milega rehna ho to tk nahi to jao "

It's one of the high profile hospitals in gujrat... it's a little costly but more efficient for treatment and and the other side it'll good take care of the patient and good atmosphere for the patient and also the person with patient..... One more thing about this hospital is, it's not allow more than one person with the patient so no one can meet patient and you mate patient one by one and it good for it... so go and good and you'll definitely be happy for all the services of the hospital..... jay hind jay bharar

The worst hospital with no manners....and the nurses are so I'll mannered..please if your life is important don't go to this hospital...or else they will kill you
