Sweets are good. Price needs to be a little more budget friendly. Most importantly staffs behavior are not at all good. Please don't keep Biharis or Oriyas, keep local staffs. They're more organized and well mannered.

The shop is good and has a good variety. But the staff is very rude and lacks professionalism. The staff here is impacting the brand image of Sherowali.
Very bad restaurant, tye guy sitting at the counter doesn't even care to inform that the slip has to be shared at the counter. We were first timer. No respect for Customers. Self service does not mean that the customer haa to do everything, even the tables don't have tissue paper. You have to collect it from counter. Please don't go to this joint ler it rot and close down some day. Lots of wishes that thia shop shuts down soon.
Sweet is great but those who don't like ghee, they may don't like it because max sweets are made with ghee. I would like to recommend to have Masala Dosa.

This place is little bit neglected. Absence of owner makes it a casual workplace for the workers. Neglect is visible...same as their close by restaurant
