Undoubtedly one of the best places we have stayed at! It is truly pet friendly in nature. The staff are super helpful & co-operative. The cleanliness & hygiene is top-notch. Food is super delicious. The views are absolutely stunning. Definitely staying here again!

Very good place for a vacation with kids,family, friends and great for couples. The Garden is well maintained with beautiful flowers and trees. The service is good and they are friendly, kind and helpful. Overall it is VERY GOOD

We had a worst experience in Sherlock. Not worth for this rate & family. Pros Nothing Cons 1 Small room. 2 people can stay. Extra bed will occupy full room space. 2 No cleanliness in bed, room and bathroom. Felt sickness I'm a day. 3 Bathroom fittings are very worst. I never seen it in any other hotels. 4 Views from room is not good. 5 Road to the hotel is not good. Especially road inside the property is very bad. 6 Restaurant menu is very costly. Most of the items start from 400. Just a small room converted into restaurant. 7 Complementary breakfast is below average. 8 Only 2 cars can be parked inside. Other car should be parked on street only. 9 Not a good place for FAMILY. Neighbors were drinking alcohol in corridor place. 10 You definitely need a car or bike to come main area in ooty. Road is very narrow. Sufficient for one car only. This property is worth for 3000 to 4000. Suitable for bachelor's not for family. Photos in Google is misleading. Rooms are not looking like that. Don't waste your money and don't spoil your vacation.

We had booked a mountain view room. The view from the room was mesmerizing. They have a big lawn where we can chill and hang out with friends, but keep in mind its a nature friendly place where people come to chill and relax and not party. The service was good. The rooms were neat and clean. The food was very delicious. Overall, had an awesome experience. It is not exactly in the market but very close to market. If you have your own vehicle its very easy to access the market and other near by activities. And if you don't have a vehicle you will feel stuck at this place as it is on the uphill and 20 - 25 mins walking distance from the market.

The location is really good and scenic outside the city and kudos for being pet friendly, the rooms look okay but the furniture is a little old which we don't mind but the mattress is really old and the springs are coming out. One of us got hurt and it's really uncomfortable, we took the mountain view just because the standard room was very claustrophobic. The food was okay not great in anyway and they accidentally sent us an item which they took back but still charged us. They kept saying they will pack it up for us for our travel, but well who needs plain rice when they are travelling. I would suggest to go for other options on the Tiger hill there are others. Overall the location was great but few things as mentioned above weren't up to the mark. Some room service items you won't get like dental kit until you ask for it.

Rooms aren't at its best, very old and not maintained properly. The garden and outside area is good. Food quality is good but too overpriced. (1 phulka 95/-) There are no Amenities as such. Service is pathetic. Food order takes 1hr minimum. Too over priced.

High time little earth group refurbish the rooms, particularly the Mountain View rooms. The bathrooms are terrible and no proper hot water! No wonder most of the staff are grumpy. Rooms are spacious and ok. Just not worth the price!
