One of the best hotel experiences I have had. Check in was seamless, the front desk staff was gracious enough to honour my request for an upgrade since we were there for a special occasion. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. The staff were amazing, front desk, restaurant staff, security.. every single person was helpful. Akash was one of the many staff members who went a step beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The access to beach was great, the recreational lounge, kids club and swimming pool was amazing. I could go on, but if you're looking for a wholesome stay with good service and fun activities, it is an amazing hotel

A thoroughly luxurious experience! We felt so warmly welcomed and taken care of throughout our time there. The rooms and bathrooms are brilliantly and aesthetically done. The buffet at the Reef is so vast... It's hard to do justice to all the food there. The staff are so pleasing and polite. The landscaping is beautifully done too. Highly highly recommend!

Went in for a very late night pit stop recently. Their restaurants were closed but we were very gladly served coffee and cookies. It was a full moon night, and sheraton's contemporary architecture ensured we enjoyed coffee by the beach at 3am! Very well kept property, courteous staff, and a very safe place for women stopping by for coffee late night too :)))))) coming back again and again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the "Serene Oasis Hotel" during my vacation, and it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. The rooms were beautifully appointed, with modern decor and all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a fantastic night's sleep every night of my stay. The hotel's dining options were also top-notch. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious dishes, and the breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. The bar area was a cozy spot to unwind in the evenings, and the bartenders were skilled in mixing up creative cocktails. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or arranging transportation, they were always ready to assist. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. I also appreciated the well-maintained fitness center and the relaxing spa facilities. In summary, the Serene Oasis Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a place where comfort, style, and exceptional service come together to create a memorable stay. World-class mostly. Check-in experience was great. Staff will ensure you're comfortable, fulfilled and satisfied through and through. Rooms were clean, and everything was in working order. Smart TVs is a smart idea. Lots of activities for families. Spa service is top-notch. Easy access to beach, along with decent staff service at the beach itself. Service provided at restaurants was world-class. Akash from the Food & Beverage team is a noble service provider. Very close to giving this a 5 stars, but our checkout experience was frustrating. Took an hour or so just for us to receive a detailed bill with all our charges. My in-laws were waiting for 30 minutes for staff to help with bags. They eventually just did it themselves. Overall great - 4/5

Property offers a great view and access to beach. Service isn't that great, need to call the staff multiple times to get anything done. A couple of room orders were missed. Bathroom were not clean and stinky, lacking proper exhaust of smell. Food quality was really bad, not looking to go back to this property. Also, once I raised concern regarding service and quality, all the staff started getting too personal for comfort and kept asking on good ratings which wasn't something I expect during my holiday. At one point, it turned out to be harassing for my family and they had to ignore the staff.

Excellent property on the beach. It's got large rooms and we loved the swimming pool too. Food is excellent, loved the live singing with drinks next to the beach in the evening.
