I loved everything about this place. The rooms, the service, the staff, the food, the location, the amenities. Staff takes care of their guests perfectly. They gave hot milk for my kids and didn't charge for it. The breakfast buffet is huge, there is nothing you wouldn't find here and everything was delicious. It's perfect for every purpose, be it office, friends or family vacation. We booked this hotel one year later for our Bangalore visit and we were even more impressed by their service and hospitality. The staff is most polite and always smiling. They interacted with kids and gave them chocolates as welcome gift

From the moment I arrived, the service quality at Sheraton Grand was exceptional. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They were quick to address any concerns I had and were always ready to assist with a warm smile. The level of professionalism displayed by the hotel's team was truly commendable. The condition of the hotel was impeccable. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and furnished with modern amenities. The comfortable bed provided me with a good night's sleep, while the well-designed workspace allowed me to catch up on work efficiently. Great experience in Sheraton Grand. I visited and stayed for 3 days here for corporate annual meet, i really enjoyed. Very nice ambience and food is fabulous. Very prompt service by the hotel staff. So all over great experience for fooding and lodging.

I stayed here for 2 weeks for work and the hotel was amazing. Very well appointed rooms that were comfortable (especially the beds) and staff that were always willing to help made it an enjoyable stay. Location was excellent with the Mall next door for easy shopping access. I would be there again in a heartbeat
