Sher-E-Punjab Boot House - Shoe store in Dasuya - Hoshiarpur, India

I purchased shoe of Red Chief company from Sher-E-Punjab boot house on dated 27 Jan 2019.The article was too good and i like it the most. The shoe which i bought it was one and half year old stock. I urged to the shopkeeper kindly provide me the 2018 manufactured artlicle of the same company.He replied me that he is having this stock. He has given me the six months gurantee preiod and also promised me if any kind of defects will raise, replace the same.The shoe was burst from the inner side as well from bottom side within the period of 5 & half month. I visited his shop yesterday and put the matter in front of him.He did not paid any heed to the matter and moreover he argue with me on this matter which i putted in front of him. He strictly denied from his commitment whic he did with me at the time of sell the ptoduct..It's toatlly rediculous and moreovee his behaviour is not upto the mark. He is only knows to earn money by selling old manufactured stock of the company and moreover no customer satisfaction is given by the owner of this shop.It was my worst expreince with such kind of shopkeeper as well as his dealing with the customer.
