Worst Service Please don't go for it. Wifi will always show connected but no internet. I am trying connecting them since yesterday but there phones are switched off. They are cheaters.

Please note, Abdul sattar in the review below gas given 5 star bcoz he is the owner of this company....so dont go by his review... Please do not take this company internet...such a pathetic internet connection....very bad...they give u d plan of 20 mbps and the actual speed is only 2 mbps...the internet crases every 2 hrs...if u take the connection they will open speedtest and show u that the speed is 20 mbps but it is not so...that speed is of their server and then it divided between the subscribers...so please avoid this internet connection...i dont wat to give even a single star because this company does not even deserve one star...

Any plan you purchase from these guys, you will end up getting their basic plan. For instance, I have paid for 25mbps plan, I got 18-20 Mbps for first week, however after that I am getting anywhere between 0-3 Mbps. No one on the office receive your calls, all complaint mobile numbers are switched off.

Think twice or thrice before getting a connection from them. Worst service ever. They don't have qualified people nor they have any adequate hardware with them. Service got disrupted from the very first day of getting the connection. They keep on fooling around customers in case of any issues. Made dozens of calls and went Personally their office twice even after they didn't bother to send anyone to fix the issue. I would suggest that don't get fooled around with the price. If there is no internet price won't matter in that case. Worst experience ever. With worst customer support. Better go with any other provider in Mira Road.

They don't have any _raw bandwidth to provide anyone. It will be no use whether you take 50mbps OR 100mbps. They all set their phone in busy mode whenever any issue started. They don't want to communicate with customers. They don't even care if line disconnect in out of office hour. They even don't provide updates for real time issues. Overall worst experience with starnet/Shen ki telecom.

Over the time, improved service but frequent technical issues & resolution takes a long time. They hiked the price during lockdown & nobody responds to outage going on for days.

Really bad service, worst internet service i have ever seen Pls don't use and recommend to anyone. Pathetic service.frequent disconnection and when you reach out to them they never say no but they give lame excuses.worst service.Don't waste you money.If you recharge for long plan you may have to leave within months with such kind of service
