Shelter Beach Resorts - Resort hotel in Vada Nemmeli - Chengalpattu, India

Excellent Room Service and they respond to all our requests immediately. Clean and fresh water in Swimming pool everyday. They arrange for Tea/Coffee near beach side morning and evening. Beach is just 50 metres from the rooms. Also for old age people, they have wheelchair. Food is nice during breakfast. Overall very good experience and we really liked staying here.

Best place for family.We came with family and overall we satisfied with the hospitality shown by each and everyone. Easy access to private beach and awesome pool. You have indoor games to hang around. Hotel is neatly maintained. I would definitely recommend shelter beach to others.

Room service, food service are very bad. Rude behaviour to the customer not even a room boy respect the customer which was very disrespectful way. Especially restaurant service was bad not at all listening properly what we order they give which we doesn't order and make a bill and force me to pay. Which was not at all good. I was not even face these types of attitude in any other resort.

Enjoyed the stay to the fullest. Hospitality is good. Beach side access is a great fun. Swimming pool are chill out for the entire family. Though stayed only for 2 days had spent a nice time at swimming pool, beach view and food court,

Beach is not accessible, very dangerous to swim. Resort staff did not informed about this during booking. All dishes under food are completely with no taste. Rooms are kept clean, room service and house keeping service is quite fast. Swimming pool is not kept clean, lot of crow dung and feathers everywhere in the swimming pool. Disgusting to swim in the pool.

Average hotel room, no sea view, very good property, easy and comfortable beach access. Small park, few indoor games, pool including kids pool, average restaurant facility, nice breakfast spread. Cycle was available but not in working condition.

We took two rooms and stayed for one day. The room was clean. Nice play area for kids. Nice garden. Swimming pool And beach. Stay was pleasant and we we enjoyed.

Ride to rooms in the buggy, kids play area, the FOOD, the location, event celebrations on the Beachfront, the swimming pool, room service - everything is fantastic. Very, very pleased. We were visiting family from the US when we went to this place together - happy with everything !
