I filled fuel full tank, and the person who filled denied to give me the bill, and they do not give points from the app, we should go ourself and get the points at store. They don't ask for windshield cleaning, when I asked she cleaned it and her cleaning was 3/10 so bad the cleaning was and she denied to clean the back glass. And she was too rude, worst shell station iv been to, this is the 3rd time I visited but same everytime iv been. ZERO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION...

The worst shell experience. Bill is given only if asked for, pathetic customer service, refused to clean the front glass.

This is a one and only Shell petrol pump from KR Puram to Palamaner. This petrol pump is located in Kolar Chennai Highway which is 10 kms from Kolar nearby locations for this petrol pump are Highway Star Highway express coffee Day Polar beer Hallimane. This petrol pump is very small and in congested place. Who ever is using Shell petrol, you can fill hear. After this there is no Shell petrol pump for around hundred kilometre surrounding. Next to this petrol pump and opposite to the petrol pump, there are lot of restaurants, coffee Day etc.

I prefer Shell over other petrols and planned by Weekend Kolar trip with Shell station locator app ready. When I visited the petrol pump yesterday - January 7th 2023, he said petrol is empty.

Price is high compared to shell outlets which away from city. No credit card machine available, they told same reason couple of times and it will not be available in nights.

I always prefer shell over all petrol pumps but Every time I visit this petrolpump, they say... No petrol today and they will say petrol will loaded after 2 or 3 days.
