Excellent team of duty doctors and very very caring nurses. My husband 78 yrs was treated at this hospital and it was a quick recovery . It was possible ...... mainly because of their at par excellence services rendered by the whole team of doctors, nurses including the ward boys with great smile on their faces. Hi SHEKAR HOSPITAL, you have got wonderful WELL TRAINED team. Friends, most importantly, this is not a MONEY MINDED hospital and the charges are reasonable.

Not of this hospital but of a visiting doctor. Dr.Meenakshi Kamath met by aged senior citizens at cloudnine hospital. This is shocking and against even basic human value system. Please read fully. A senior citizen aged 75+ diagnosed with procidentia, had come to Cloudnine Hospital, Jayanagar, along with the vaginal pessary. She came purely for this purpose alone. That pessary itself costs less than Rs500/-. She was asked to pay initial amount & She paid 1. Rs150/- for registration 2. Rs850/- consultation fee to Dr.Meenakshi Kamath Over and above this Rs1000/-, she was asked to pay Rs2500/- for a simple pessary insertion. In all hospitals, inserting the vaginal pessary, that too, for a 75+ year old senior citizen, is covered within the consultation fee since it is a simple medical procedure. During consultation, it appears that Dr.Meenakshi Kamath was heavily pressurizing to undergo hysterectomy, the surgical procedure. Being a chronic diabetic & other ailments, having already seen the serious side-effects of hysterectomy in others, she firmly said NO to Dr.Meenakshi Kamath. Later, the hospital executive went in and met Dr.Meenakshi Kamath and she wrote Rs2500 for the pessary insertion. In all hospitals, the charge, even when separately charged and not made part of consultation, for pessary insertion, is Rs500 to Rs1000 max. But here, consultation which was purely for pessary insertion, was already charged. In addition, was this Rs2500/- Totally, for a simple pessary insertion, Rs3500/- was taken from an aged senior citizen. This is unethical. Please do not take senior citizen's money from them, like this. It is a huge sin. You/Doctor must inform patients the cost, before doing the procedure. After doing the procedure, charging exorbitantly is unfair trade practise, even as per consumer protection act/law. Please refund that Rs2500 to her. **PLEASE DISCONTINUE SERVICES OF Dr.MEENAKSHI KAMATH Immediately. She seems to be GREEDY & UNETHICAL and also ARROGANT, without consideration for even the age and seniority of patients.

I am visiting Shekhar hospital from.almost 15years and found this is the best hospital. Doctors give very good treatment. They have all the facilities in small place and their charges are also very reasonable and donot show any difference between rich or poor or cast. Nurses and office staff are also very humble and approachable. I really appreciate the way they are managing and treating every patient very well. Thanks to the entire team and I wish them good luck.

Radiologist here is too good. Came here twice for pregnancy scan. He explains very well, patiently. Polite too.
