Well it's not same as the name suggests, its called Meghna Complex. It is not a shopping centre a 1 or 2 shops are there for shopping other than that all other shops are occupied for office use (Library, Coaching Institutes, Consultants). A whole underground floor is available for parking purpose. But the Lifts in this place work very rarely.

Many coaching centre and library are in that complex now paid parking is start ICS coaching centre branch Rohtak is in that complex and fire department course office is also in that complex ..

Untidy not manageed well only ground floor is good electricity issue is there

Nice place. But only for study and companies. Not a shopping complex

Rohtak's upcoming education hub. A crowded place. Need improvement in cleanliness.
