Salesmen & owner both of this shop was that they completely changed their attitude once you pay. Sherwani or any clothes are not feeting in once time. If you have more time to entertain then you can go otherwise take your best way. My experience is very very very very...... bad.
Worst experience ever. First of all owner treats you like he is doing a favour on you. The staff is rude while delivery. The size they take is never correct and they keep on delaying the dates and call you and then say that the order is not ready and will take 3 4 days more. Once the order comes the fitting is all wrong and they ask you to accept it as it is saying there is a little bit issue in every size rather than fixing the issue. Also they don't pickup the calls and the owner and the delivery person hides inside while Delivery because he doesnt has the guts to face the customer. Never visiting this shop again. And i would recommend don't visit if you don't want a delay of 10 15 days and bad quality product.
Customer satisfaction is 0, they might offer you very less prizes but on the time of delivery they treat you exactly opposite to what they treated you on the day of finalizing the product. Never buy anything from here
Very bad experience, I gave a suit to stitch with the proper size they took. They delayed it by 3 days and when we went to try the final piece, it was all tight. They said humans only make mistakes and we can make it again next time and called us again in 2 days. The customers here have to wait a lot to get any decent service. Not recommended at all
If you're going to come out and put your hands together as you request me to come in and see what you've got on hand, I'm basically doing you a favour. I don't want to have to deposit the stuff I've brought along with me if I'm just here as a courtesy and would probably otherwise leave in like a minute. Owner also clearly has an attitude.
Worst shopping experience ever. Had to visit to their factory to get perfect fit by my own. They're lacking the customer service. Ask for the full payment during booking and make you visit 4-5 times to get your piece done. Stay away from salesman Govind (pathetic in taking measurements) Also owners are also helpless. They sent me to their factory didn't get my suit on their shop.
Shop at your own risk!!!! If you ever happen to visit karol bagh for your wedding shopping, go to any store but not this one. These are fraudsters. The owners and salesmen(Vicky) are very unprofessional. They will trick you with the pricing angle and entertain you very politely in first meet but won't give a damn when you take your order's delivery. In our case, they delivered our dress to some other customer (giving impractical excuses, the entry page was torn from diary too) and kept it hidden from us. Later they didn't even hold themselves accountable for the mistake, refused to show cctv footage, denied refund for advance payment and harassed us verbally to wait till they restitch the dress (They probably gave the dress to some other customer who wanted a dress readily available and must have been willing to pay extra bucks) After hours of argument and requests they settled us with the refund.
I had a rather frustrating experience with Shehnai Shopping Mall. I visited the shop and placed an order for a specific product, but they delivered a completely different item, not matching my choice at all. To make matters worse, the color was also entirely off. What frustrated me the most was the customer service - I had to follow up for a full 5 hours just to get the correct item delivered. This kind of mix-up and the time it took, it was highly disappointing.
