Hello.. My self kanzariya Vidhi. My experience here was very good.The trainer here, Viren sir ( TIGER ) is a very skilled and hardworking teacher. He makes us work hard and he helps us a lot in improving our health . This GYM is very safe for women as well as it has been and will continue to be halpful.
SHEFU FITNESS GYM IS NO ONE GYM IN VIRAMGAM OTHER THAN ALL GYM FOR BETTER RESULTS OF WEIGHT GAIN AND WEIGHT LOSS. TRAINER IS GOOD GYM TRAINER VIREN(TIGER) BEHAVIOR IS ALSO GOOD WITH TRAINEES .
