Sheetal's Pilates classes are AMAZING! I started going to her because I had chronic back pain, but along with curing my back, my body has transformed as well. I'm so much stronger than I have ever been and it has made daily life so much easier. Her classes become like an addiction. Her attention to detail and dedication is like no other. She'll make sure you don't mess up your form so you don't injure yourself and you get the most out of each class. Also, plus point - the studio is super nice and clean. It feels so nice to workout there! The whole experience is just awesome.

Sheetal's group classes are great! You still get enough attention and she is always correcting form and checking in with your pace. It's a good way to get in a workout outside of the gym that isn't boring. When I come to Bombay from the US, I always want to sign up for her classes while I am in town. highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Sheetal's Pilates classes, she makes it fun and coming out of each session I feel stronger and stronger. Every class I'm introduced to new workouts and learn so much. The past 6 months have been an amazing experience with her!
