Lot's of traffic jam,, as work of metro is ongoing and terrible parking problem. Avoid visiting on weekends and festivities. Rest easily accessible.

This shopping complex is nice. It's easily seen from the road but the restaurant there is very nice. Just one complaint for the staff of complex that... try to keep it clean
Very good complex. Kept clean by the management. Major shops are Reliance electronics, Domino's Pizza,Dhruv orthopedician. There are many physiotherapy and medical related shops like perfect diagnostics for x ray report and much more. Located in the centre of city if anyone needs any medical emergency help can locate to this place.

All are good and tech support for billing system... Good at all..
I know this place since 2014 and the one thing I like this place is one of their oldest Domino's in Surat City. I have so many memories at that outlet. Although so many Brands have came and gone so cannot comment there but these days there are no many organized shopping centre present in the city.
