I joined the classes few months back. I like most is the variations in the sessions; there are zumba classes, aerobics, yoga etc. which are given to the people as per their needs. Besides, the environment is healthy and positive here and more importantly the timings are kept such that they can suit well with the working as well as non working participants.
I have been going regularly to Happiness SHE Yoga since sep'2021 My yoga practice has greatly improved physically and spiritually. PINKI mam provide expert training and guidance in the practice of asanas, pranayama, and meditation and also aerobics ,weight lifting, dance , zumba, tabata workout. They practice with open hearts and kindness - making all of you feel welcome - and happy. Please come and join us and stay fit with our She yoga family... PINKI mam is very kindhearted lady... Best place to kick start your day with a positive environment and a well-trained fitness teacher. Excellent workouts and Zumba which will boost your fitness and flexibility. I reduced 10-15 kgs after joining the fitness batch and it is worth giving your time and money. A must-join Yoga And Fitness class.

This is a good fitness training center. Best part of this center is that there one can get training for yoga, aerobics, zumba accordingly. Also the instructir is very polite and co-operative.
