SHE Fitness center is very nice center and it's good for ladies. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. I was searching such a gym which is not only professional bt also safe and secure with friendly environment, lucky I found this gym and i must say this is not only the best gym with all well equipped instrument bt also the best instructor who is extremely professionally trained and too friendly by nature so both the factors of having good equipment and good friendly trainer is the speciality of this gym so must say this the best ladies gym of the city and so this is really above my expectations
I joined this gym few days back and I must say this is the best place for women to exercise and stay fit. The facilities is awesome, I must say the trainers are very professional and are dedicated to each and every members of the gym. From the very first day I felt comfortable to exercise here as compared to other gyms. She Slimming & Fitness Centre is the best. I recommend all the ladies out there come & join here to stay fit & healthy.
She is a fantastic gym for ladies The trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at.I am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body in few days .It's great! Excellent service, group classes are very professional. Women friendly makes it more special, as being in your comfort zone you can achieve fitness. Hats off to the founder since at this age what she has achieved and how she has been empowering women to reach their fitness level is commendable.

During summer vacation of my daughter, we decided to join a fitness centre together for a short period. We came across She Slimming and Fitness centre at prime location of Bapuji Nagar. Owner Sunita madam is an excellent zumba, yoga, aerobic instructor. The classes are done in a very disciplined and consistent manner. Completely in love with the routine. 10/10 to She slimming and fitness centre.
