This is fantastic gym . The trainer is super nice and takes a interest in you no matter at what fitness level you are at. I really like how she give me tips and tricks to get the best out of my workouts. I have been going for a while now and can already see the changes in my energy level and body.

So beautiful gym loaded with strength, cardio ,crossfit and cafeteria, the equipments are unique and so effective, trainer and owner aparna singh is doing a great job.!!! So friendly and knowledgeable... Worth joining it!!!
