SHAWARMA ADDICTION - Family restaurant in Jorhat - Jorhat, India

This has to be the worst experience ever. We ordered chicken special shawarma which honestly felt like spoilt food. That green thing is their definition of a 'fresh lime' and those bland noodles are schezwan chicken noodles, where they put biryani chicken in the noodles. On top of that the service was really slow. When I asked the manager/server to give me spoons he asked me to take them out of the cupboard. Never ever coming back here. Won't recommend. Save your money. Edit - It is clear from the restaurant's response how good their 'service' is. Instead of just owning to their mistake and improving they just get offended at the customers response. Well done. Btw I did complain to you about the food where you arrogantly did not rectify your mistake. Thanks. Good day.

Come here if you want to experience some Arabian jingle in your taste buds.. Centre of attraction is their special Arabian Shwarma Roll and Biryani was also very good in taste and serving quantity wise....Loved the little dine in place with nice ambient interior lighting. Come and taste Shwarma Addition.

I ordered a roll via swiggy. After waiting for an hour, tried to contact the restaurant. Patheitic and horrible response. Not only the restaurant personnel had the most pathetic response as he gave zero care of the roll being delivered, he spoke in an aggressive, obnoxious way having zero ettiquettes. Had the audacity to say that if its your loss, its yours. I would say this restaurant has lost a potential customer as i will never visit the restaurant. Won't even give 1 star but there are no other options to even give 0. P.S. As the restaurant owner decided to respond in a moderate tone this time, and as google is not allowing me to reply to his statement, am taking this space as a follow up. The very last statement as i expect nothing less from a rude owner like him as a follow up to this, i.e. another argument. See owner, if i am calling you on an order which you so 'graciously' accepted unlike all the restaurants of the world which don't care about buisness and polite behaviour, i was not expecting you to deliver, but to provide information on the delay. You were rude with your disbursement of information and inconsiderate to our predicament. Unacceptable display, period. Try to correct that. Secondly and also the very Lastly, I expect the least of all form you, a polite behaviour and humble tone to a customer who unfortunately had to order from you late for having a dinner, which of course, never happened. Yes the fault is with Swiggy, but what you did is no less appalling. Forget dinner, you had the audacity to say if its your loss, its your, probably forgetting that there's a human on the other side who is expecting his food and wondering what's taking so long. If you're complaining about my behaviour, let me tell you that you only got served by what you presented me with. If you have so much confidence over your behaviour and attitude, why its not reflecting in all of your reviews? There are plenty complaining about your rudeness. Get a reality check please over here. That's all. This was a potential customer of yours signing off.

worst restaurant, in our Jorhat town. In terms of food and service. I went there recently, and my order was not upto the mark the chicken here tastes like it's old. But I want to especially highlight, the rude behaviour of the staff and especially the owner, he will play some random news channel while his customers are having their food and he behaves in a very rude manner as well. PLEASE Avoid this PLACE. I felt unsafe and unhygienic. I dont hold any grudge but this place definately sucks.

1-Rude owner. 2- Shawarma quality and quantity is not good as compared to price. 3- 2tea spoon of extra mayonnaise cost me 25 rupees .

Food is ok but hygiene and service is poor. The restaurant is chaotic and unorganised. Items purchased by the restaurant lie in the eating area. Utensils are washed in the wash basin meant for the customers. The owner shouts at the staff and sometimes at customers also. They forget the orders placed and have to be reminded.

Nice place can try the rolls out their... Once you can visit and try it.. It's not overpriced as it serves a good platter.

Really nice place to have some quality food, I would definitely recommend you to try the Jumbo Shawarma roll. The owner is really a sweet guy, they also provide free home delivery within a certain range
