Easily locatable as it is the most popular silver merchant in the area right opposite Goenka college. 3. The making charges are low. I was shocked to see that how well known brands take a lot of money from customers. 4. Every big jeweller will suggest you to visit their shop as they are the biggest silver dealers in kolkata 5. Great customer service. Cons: 1. No AC in showroom. In summers, can be irritating 2. Parking issue. Parking right in front of the store is difficult. 3. There are many stores who try to replicate them but in reality they dont have any branch so try and locate the original one only, that is right beside Gour Dey Lane entry

Not customer friendly or professional .won't show anything beyond the price range I had asked for. Wanted to see a model of a rickshaw in silver,they would show it only if I take it.
