Have been regular customer with Shathayu for 5 to 6 years. Their services have been steadily improving. In particular, big thanks to Pruthvi, who is now my regular masseuse at Banashankari branch. He has amazing hands and does the massage with great care and enthusiasm. These regular Abhyanga sessions and annual detox sessions have been greatly helping me keep up with my health.

I had came to shathayu Banashankari for treatment for Peripheral artery disease as there was no definitive treatment in allopathy with out side affects from medication. My hba1c was 13 and circulation in limbs were hampered Doctor patiently listened to my problems and explained treatments and diet plans along with medicine. With few months of treatment and medications, circulation in limbs improved significantly. Numbness in legs decreased. Hba1c level also decreased to 8 with medication and diet. Very friendly and supporting doctor and therapists.

I recently completed a Rejuvenation package at the Shathayu Ayurveda at Banashankari. I was looking to improve my overall health and well-being, and I was very happy with the results. We had our whole family take massage service at Shatayu Banashankari 2nd stage. We enjoyed overall customer service which was catered to our needs. Ashwini and Aishwarya did awesome job women team. Really helped my hair through 6 months procedure, I had lot of dandruff basically an infection it's really reduced and I can hardly find dandruff now. Due to lot of dandruff I used to have hairfall now the hair is really healthy growing back and there isn't a single hair fall. I seriously recommend Shathayu for the guys who have a similar condition..

The massage was pretty good, but you can definitely get better experienced one ( the girl who did the massage for me was good for her capacity) but would suggest you guys to have a better equipped ones so the the experience will be more satisfying.. th

It was good experience for the first time, Nandita was very professional and made the entire process comfortable. Would give it a try again for sure.
