Dr. Shashikanth was very informative regarding the injury. He was genuinely caring and concerned. He did a thorough examination and explained me by showing the x-ray and what the problem was. I wish I can give 0 star rating to the staff behaviour. The staff is ridiculous. Very unprofessional behaviour. The administrative department is useless. Specially person called "swapna" is very unprofessional. No ethics nothing.... they only need money. Once we pay money none of the staff will respond. And they will not even provide us bills. In emergency situation if we need to contact doctor.....no scope to contact doctor. They don't value ppl they only need money

Dr. Shashikanth Rasakatla is a very experienced, takes utmost care for his patients and listen to our concerns, explaining the procedure, complications and post surgery precautions, everything. My father underwent a Hip surgery, the surgery went very well. Dr. Shashikanth took great care and the staff was very helpful and supporting. I would like to thank him and Highly recommend for orthopaedic consultation.
