They are not having basic knowledge about what to do after hearing the issue with the bullet. If there is small issue with something, they wi suggest to change the whole thing .With 3 months I have spent more than 30kand same issue still continue with the bullet. Worst service ever ( 5 year of user experience with royal enfield)

The best service ever. I literally mangaed to buy RE for my dad and get all the paperwork done sitting at a different location. Very bad experience... People from this showroom called me and booked for the service of my Himalayan bike. When I went on the day of service, they told that my service was on the previous day. I told them to show their list of booking for that day, they refused to show and also their approach was rude. Zero value for their customers

Showroom was on main road so can be approached easily. Showroom was quite attractive and staff was also good. They answer our every question without hesitation, they knew everything about the bike. They made us clear about model, mode of payments and other stuff.

This is how they maintain their customer lounge.. no a/c , sofa seems like they brought from thalassery gujiri and walls are very dirty. After sales is not up to the mark. They should be professional because they're one of the leading manufacturers in india. And moreover they're lacking in all aspects especially there's no leadership quality inside of their premises. This is what i felt after visiting two consecutive days. I hope they would appoint someone who has the leadership quality to sort out all these issues in future for their endeavour and not only focusing on selling bikes.

i ashamed of you the dealer because, i felt "No more chance to go there". the incident was, when i went yesterday for an enquiry regarding my classic 350(That i took from kannur showroom in 2016), the gate keeper and one of the staff told me in an 'indecent manner' like they dont let me to park my scooter(Not royal enfield) inside their complex area because it was not royal enfield vehicle. and they said there is an outside area to park my scooter. that area was a soiled, filthy land. i dont wanna park my vehicle in there. no one want their vehicle park that kinda land. so i decided to leave the place immediately. this kind of behaviour should not tolerable as every human being has a dignity. this kind of incident must be discouraged. it may be problem of a staff or manager or hr. but, you cant get back a customer back once they gone. i dont go that place any more. i went almost every vehicle dealers so far ie, VW, Honda, Nissan, Toyota, Ford, Mahindra, Maruti, Hero, Suzuki, Honda bikes, Royal enfield kannur... every dealers had treat me in a decent manner. but, this place is the only place i felt discomfort.

I had a great time with this showroom.. Especially sales executive Shashwath sir who continuously helping me with my douts.. Thank you soomuch for Delivering the motorcycle as possible

Worst bahaviour from staff. If you love royal enfield bikes go for other dealers. Or if you wanna get insulted, go to chirakkara royal enfield showroom. They intimidate you.. i think they hiring staff with rude behaviour. Dont spoil your day to go there( Chirakkara show room). (Based on my personal experience.)
