I joined this gym with my wife for two months and few days only due to my personal commitments. But, this time span in the gym was really effective, efficient and full of knowledge. Shanu sir and Shrishti ma'am gave us personal training. They focused on our strength and muscle building, pushed us time to time whenever needed. Besides this, they also guided on diet and supplements.
They were very polite and considerate about recovery. They also gave online training when we were out of town for some days.
Really recommend it to everyone.
