The studio is very beautiful, spacious, clean and full of light. Good atmosphere. The teachers are motivated. A nice place to come for your daily practice. I wouldn't recommend the teachers' training though. The quality was very inconsistent. First half of the physical practice had structure and was well taught. The second part was rather spontaneous, sometimes felt just like extended usual yoga class. The quality of theoretical part was average to very low. Things like how to build up a yoga class sequence weren't taught at all. One also should be informed in advance that the actual teaching practice part takes place after the main course is done and at very random times. So if one has only limited time in the country, that might be a very unpleasant surprise and hours won't be met.

One of the best yoga studios in Hyderabad. I like the rhythm of the class,it is well structured with detailed instructions. Friendly staff, clean and neat place at an affordable price. Sharmila mam is very helpful if consulted with any concern. I'm personally thankful to her :) Definitely, i would recommend this place SYZ for anyone who loves yoga :)
Sharmila's yoga is a fantastic place to do yoga. The studio is large and spacious and everybody is warm and welcoming. Further, I really enjoy the yoga - each session is different and great for improving your yoga. I would definitely recommend Sharmila's yoga to anyone looking to practise yoga.
I have taken her classes for more than a year and the best part of it is, Sharmila and her trainers don't teach yoga, they teach you the science and technicality of it. And that is beautiful! I have thoroughly experienced inner peace practising in her studio. I recommend it to everyone. One thing though, Sharmila- can you please begin online classes? I'm sure many, given we are still battling with the Covid scare, would opt for it.
I've done my 200 hour Teacher Training from Sharmila's Yoga Zone in 2018. It was a great experience! Sharmila is a pioneer in this field, very creative and teaches yoga with science so relevant to todays world. I definitely recommend this studio and Sharmila's guidance to people who are looking to transform their lives and thinking.
One of the best yoga classes. Awesome studio. The view of greenery through the large windows makes the experience even better. Teachers are great. They encourage u to listen to your own body when doing asanas and yet push you to do your best. Focus on correct form.
I have lost 6kgs in 2months, my harmonal issues have been resolved. One of the best yoga centres I have ever been. Overwhelmed hospitality .Highly recommended
