Very bad experience. I went there to see Dr. SHARMA but when I reached there I got to know that Dr. SHARMA is now in Singtam and currently health minister of Sikkim but some other Dr. waited for more than 5 hrs. However highly disappointed to see how the doc wanted to get rid of me and my questions. He was so angry when mom had questions for him for my treatment and problem.
Big time waste.
It doesn't even deserve a star. I went there to see Dr. SHARMA but when I reached there I got to know that Dr. SHARMA is now in Singtam and currently health minister of Sikkim but some other Dr. was there still I waited to meet the other Dr. the timing was between 3 pm to 4 pm and the present Dr. reached there almost 30 minutes late at that time I was wondering that only in half-hour how could he be able to diagnose all the patients (I think there were more than 25 patients) tho I thought my turn was in the first spot he will treat me properly as I was suffering from skin allergy for more than a year but I was so disappointed the Dr. was so desperate to get me out from his cabin he didn't listen to my problems carefully he was already started writing paper for another patient. What I want to say is for the doctors If you are failed to cure the patient it's ok but at least listen to their problems properly. Now I got to know why the reviews are so poor. Literally they are there for only making money. I wasted my time, my energy and my money too utterly disappointed.
Feedback and the overall experience is that the doctor who is said to be the best in town doesn't have patience at all... There is no interrogation no patience to listen to wat the patient has to say... No proper evaluation... N crowd of people waiting. How can you check so many people in so less time... Ua a doctor not a freaking robot, jus so that you can accumulate more money by accommodating more people .. Please do your duty responsibly and genuinely... People have serious issues due to which they come from far away places to visit. Really bad experience, may be he was a very good doctor but now he isn't. Please sir we come with lot of expectations... Please dnt let us down this way
Every time i go there for my skin treatement i have to wait for 1 to 2 hours in the waiting room then i go to the line requesting the reception girl to do fastrr. After standing 1/2 hour in the line at last our number comes
And we happily go to the Docter "Mk Sharma Sir" then he only takes less then 5mins or less than that to examin the patient very politely and calmly he writes the prescption
Then we go to the pharmacy in the particular foundation there it takes minimum 20min
In line then we buy medicine and go home
Overall everything is very good and well organised But only the time management needs some attention

Dr sharma is specialist of skin but he dosent do any good speech with patient only he want to earn money...and when we inter inside for appointment with dr Mani kumar sharma he just took few seconds with patient atleast patient sud take time as much as they want..he just make patient out within a second...and also staff are so rude..Dr and staff all are of same catagory...pls viewers Best than MK sharma is Dr amit kumar agarwal...
Once I had gone for a skin test and he took around 2000 for the test and when the test came it was done by "3 gen" which is near air view more not far away from his clinik
