Pathetic hospital with dumb staff.
They harass their patients inside the OT by making derogatory remarks on them where the guardian of the patients is not allowed.
And patients are in vulnerable state.
Worst experience ever. I would not suggest anyone to go to this hospital.
And one of their nurse named "Santoshi" was rude i can't tell you. Kuch padhe likhe logo ko job pe rakhte pata nhi kaha se gawar utha k bhar diye.
Dr AK Sharma is a very rude doctor I have ever seen his behavior is not well he doesn't have sence how to talk with patient.
Very good doctor and she is very supportive, understands the patient and treats her very well.
Dr kk sharma is a wonderful docter,I visited her place from year 2005,she always treated her patients very politely and very calmly.even I blessed with daughter just because of her, her magical hand actually create a magic in my life..

This post is specifically regarding some minute details that I witnessed while I visited the place for a consultation.
Dr. KK Sharma, she is a delight to talk to. The doctor is down to earth and will listen to you keenly, which is kinda missing now a days with the Gen Z doctors and old Gen doctors.
However, I would like to bring one major improvement to the concerned authority. Please ensure that basic hospitable training is provided to receptions. The attitude towards the patients by these nobody's is really a major letdown. The receptionists are client facing. There is only one expectation from them to be a bit considerate while interacting.
To all the people who are reviewing this comment, especially the people working in this profession, may that be any vertical. Please make this a predefined screening requirement that you bring in good mannered people.
This comment may be way ahead of its time in a country where we live in but let's bring this change moving forward.
