Must visit place for Dal-Bati lovers. Anyone would recommend this place for Dal-Bati if you are in and around Udaipur- Chittor area. Roasted batis with ample ghee - as much as you want. And urad dal. Alongwith this you get dhaniya chutney, lasan chutney, pickle, chaas and salad. You can ask for less spicy dal and they have that option available too. Other food options like kadhi-chawal, roti-sabzi are also available. Their dal-bati is super famous. Food is good. Spicy if you like it. Huge seating space is available. They have seating on ground and upper floor. Ground is non AC section while upper floor is ac section. Local people visit this place a lot for the love of bati. One of the very old places around this area. There are few other restaurants opened in the area wiht the same name. But this one is original. Ask anyone and you will reach the right place. People from all walks of life visit this place. Be it truck drivers or people owning lavish cars. Service is super fast. Staff is super smiling and helpful. Hygiene is fine - not super duper clean. Definitely recommended option
Ok, this place is most recommended place from my side. I ordered their special thali and damn it was delicious , my mouth is watering while writing it. Thali consist Paneer ki sabzi- 10/10 Chole- 9/10 Dal-6/10 kadhi - 10/10 Chawal Hara bhara kabab- 10/10 Papad Chach 2puris 4rotis Ladoo It was more than sufficient for person, i was hungry from morning but i wasn't able to finish that thali. I'm sorry but i wasted the food. I want to eat more but i was full. Order it on your own risk. Order it if you that capability to complete it. And never waste food. I did and I apologise for it. Basically this place is More famous for their dal bati and cousins ate it and they loved the dal bati too. So this place is most recommended. And point to be considered there are many restaurants of same name but don't get confused and visit to the original.
Must go for all Dal Baati lovers. Other food option are not available as such, but if you are in the mood for proper Rajasthani Daal baati Churma then you would love it for sure. Just one issue regarding hygiene not as tidy as you would expect, rest the place is running all time.
Visited to eat dal bati and food was great alongwith all four chutneys and salad. Service of the hotel were quick and prompt. It is famous restaurant for dal bati on this highway people used to visit this place while travelling to this route. One more thing there are many Sharma bhojnalaya at that place but i heard this is authentic and original Sharma bhojnalaya.
I recently dined at Sharma Bhojnalay in Manglawad, and it has become our favorite family spot for desi cuisine. We've visited twice, and both experiences were fabulous. Highly recommend the Palak Lahsuni, Mix Veg, and Sev Tamatar with wheat fulka. The Daal Baati is consistently great. I suggest opting for non-AC dining as the food tastes fresher in that setting.
I am a big fan of their daal bati. Serves Traditional food with the original taste. Quick service with proper management. Suggest must try.
This restaurant is very famous among tourists. They serve Desi delicious Rajasthani food here but limited menu (food items) . The food's taste is purely Desi(like village food). If you have concern for hygiene then you can't eat here. Food is pocket friendly. Dal baati churma, chutney, green chillies and buttermilk are trademarks for this restaurant.
The place was put on our bucket list on a very strong recommendation of our travel/trip consultant for Mewar trip M/s. Saransh Holidays . We reached there rather late for lunch at around 4:40 pm . The place has a simple layout. A typical Dhaba look on ground floor with a lot of tables and some charpayees. On the first floor they have an air-conditioned restaurant. We ordered dal bati thalis and the food was extraordinarily tasty. You won't want to miss it in life once you have tried it. I am not a professional food reviewer so pardon me for not divelging much details. Great simple food prepared,arranged and served by simple people.
