Don't even plan to invest a single rupee to invest in this builder. He is a fraud builder. They give the false promises and then they run away. We had bought two houses in Sharda dream City where they had given 100 of false promises and then no one is there to take care the society. The builder has taken our money and had run away. Think 10 times before invest any single rupee in his project.

Worst residential society i ever seen.

Good colony but construction quality is not very good. Safe & clean

An evolving residential complex, I would rate it higher if it had many more facilities and amenities, because it is still very far from city center, so one has to get good facilities within the boundary of the society

No doubt the infrastructure of this society iagood but the location of this society is far from the city area where all facilities is available but not in that particular area.

Bhilwara's First and well developed Society. Constructions is well built. Feels like the smart colonies.
