Their service is very very bad. The behaviour of their employees is also bad. And it is better not to talk to the doctor, which will make the patient sicker. My humble request to the hospital authorities. Please hire good staff and doctors.

The deathbed of Burdwan. Strictly no for any critical patients. The hospital makes money in the distress of patients. I lost my family member here without proper treatment. There is actually zero infrastructure for any criticalities. But the authority denies that, does not refer to a better hospital, and forcibly keeps the patient for making money. Nursing is pathetic. Male nurses have no training. It seems that they have other businesses at night and come here in daytime for some extra income. "Multispeciality" is only for common illnesses. But considering the pathetic medical situation of Burdwan, it is one of the good hospitals among worsts for immediate emergencies.

Worst and the third class hospital, specially the gynecology department (Dr Saha sikder ) the worst, they operated my mom and my mom got severe infection in the operation site from the day of discharge. After the operation the doctor doesn't come to watch the patient whether the patient is okay or not, the nurses are not well trained, they don't listen to patients they think that they are God. I don't recommend this hospital & the doctors as well, employers are very very rude.

After Admission in this hospital, Patient will be in hand of GOD. Very poor service. Aya and Nurse will present with your patient at visiting hours not in other time. Visiting hours is horrible. you can check patient one by one only and max 3-5 min time. Aya, Nurse or security guard will instruct you to get out at any time with very bad behavior. They charged like 5* hospitals but service is below 1*.

Only money taking hospital..I admit with mediclaim they charge money mediclaim company also charge from patient party some of money. Pls do not go this type of hospital else your money will be waste.

One of the best Hospital in Burdwan All kinds of benefits under one roof, here. Doctor service, staff behavior is very good. .The nursing care here is very good. Male ward in (basement )is very good services provider. takes care of it very well.
