Service, food excellent. Both receptionists are resourceful and of helpful.Seat of commode needs to be changed. Napkin should be provided. Towel kept outside the wash room should be replaced daily. Overall experience is quite good.

Good place to stay near restaurants. Staff is helpful. Swimming is small but anyone can enjoy. Need to have more options in breakfast specially for kids

The hotel staff and mainly the manager and female receptionist in the morning was very very helpful to us. Manager given us required knowledge about the area which was really helpful and the receptionist has given the wonderful person who gave us a car for two days on a nominal rates. So i give Sharanam 5stars.. Rooms were totaly cleaned Breakfast was also okay.

We have booked 2 rooms with breakfast for 3 days in that 2 days breakfast was same. Only south Indian is available. In rooms Kettle was there with full of cockroches and in room mosquitoes were also there. Water heater was not working for more than 10 mins. As we have kids with us we were checking out early and asked for packed breakfast (breakfast was included in paid cost) they are not ready to give bread butter Jam and Juice. And at the time of check in itself they asking to pay the remaining full balance for which I am not agreed at all. We havent even taken a day service from you hence we have paid advanced. So i guess they can wait for a day to clear balance payment.

Sharnam green resort hotel is good. The staff is also polite and helpful. I would request they should start their breakfast service a bit early.

I stayed with my wife & grand son. The over all stay was satisfactory. Except some power supply issues. But management rectified it. Last night my wife was ill, Mr. Pradip, housekeeping manager, helped us very kindly. Management extended stay after check out timing till evening with no cost. I am thank full of management & staf.

Stayed in this resort for 5 nights. We took six rooms for five nights. Staff was very helpful, room was clean, location was good. Bad thing: 1) Manager Danish was very rude, doesn't know how to speak to the guests. A typical road side person attitude Very Bad. Honestly speaking if we were small group I would have walked out of the resort to some another one. 2) We came early morning when manager was not there. Receptionist agreed to give us rooms for a deal of 70K we also agreed and checked in. Later on this manager came and changed the amount to 74K and was fighting with us saying they never told 70K. He also screwed the receptionist then receptionist also started saying lie that we told 74K. I mean really for 4K you backed out from your words. 3) Breakfast was very bad.
